About Me

I am Yaroslav Monchak, a professional photographer based in Switzerland and an official Canon Ambassador.

My work is focused on people, light and atmosphere. I have many years of experience in portrait, editorial and commercial photography, and this experience shapes the way I photograph weddings.

For wedding photography, I combine a portrait photographer’s eye with a calm reportage approach. I pay attention to natural expression, elegant light and the real atmosphere of the day.

I value elegance, style and timelessness. My goal is to create wedding photographs that feel natural, refined and personal, without looking forced or overly staged.

I have also taught more than 3,000 photographers through workshops and courses, which reflects my deep technical understanding of photography and light.
